Dana Jalovick
C-IAYT
Dana discovered yoga in 2012 after undergoing physical therapy for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis focused on postural restoration. After experiencing the benefits, she began using yoga therapeutically to address the impacts of complex childhood trauma.
She was introduced to YogaFaith by a friend who asked her to attend a training in 2019. There, she learned to open her heart to a loving God and gained the courage to trust the Holy Spirit to guide her practice teaching. That experience — along with mentoring and a nourishing community within YogaFaith — was the beginning of her journey to wholeness.
In her words, “God took me from the ashes of trauma and brokenness and turned them into beauty.” Today she finds great joy in assisting others on their healing journeys through yoga therapy.
Dana is available for virtual sessions.
