Services
We partner with trusted providers who offer a range of services designed to support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each service reflects a different level of training and expertise. We are intentional about the providers we work with.

Our network includes licensed therapists, who have specialized training in trauma—or are actively pursuing a certification in that area—You can learn more about qualifications in the bio of each provider.

Just as important as credentials is shared heart. We partner with providers who are deeply committed to serving the mental health needs of the community through compassionate, ethical, and relational healing work. Our providers are able to offer specialized care integrating a Christian perspective when that is desired.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a holistic approach that uses the tools of yoga-- such as gentle movement, breath work, mindfulness, and relaxation-- to support healing and well-being. Unlike a regular yoga class, yoga therapy is tailored to the individual's needs, meeting people where they are physically, mentally , and emotionally. It can be used alone or in combination with psychotherapy to treat a variety of physical and mental conditions.

* Yoga is often misunderstood as originating from and belonging to specific Eastern religions like Hinduism. While it is true that yoga originated in ancient India as a spiritual discipline for self-realization and liberation, it is also true that it is a tool that can be used to enhance your existing spirituality and/or deepen your connection with your personal faith. Yoga can be used in many different contexts, religious and secular.
